What should you do about a job if you’re not sure where you want to settle down? Or if you just don’t like the idea of getting stuck in one place? The following job ideas are perfect for you!

District Manager

District managers travel from one store to the other, checking in with managers and making sure that company goals are being met. As a DM, you would travel all over the state, and sometimes throughout several states, depending on the size of your territory.

Business Consultant

Business consultants work with business owners to identify and suggestion solutions for their financial problems. As a business consultant you could work for yourself or for a large corporation. You’d be traveling almost constantly, at the company’s expense.

Circus Worker

You don’t have to wear clown makeup to have a career in the circus. The circus hires all kinds of skilled labor, including bookkeepers, drivers, ride attendants, talent managers, animal keepers and more. The best part is, you’re never staying in own town for long.

Truck Driver

As a commercial truck driver, you could drive across the country for a company, or you could be an owner-operator, where you hire out your own truck for transportation. Truck drivers sometimes even live in their trucks, so if you are home averse, this might be a great job for you!

Pilot or Flight Attendant

Working for an airline as a pilot or flight attendant, you’re rarely at home. You’d be flying either regionally, cross country or internationally several times a week. In theory you wouldn’t even need to have a home to come back to. You could just stay in a hotel for a few days until your next flight.
