They are currently in more than 9,700 universities and companies in almost 100 countries.Your responsibilities as an Account Manager include:Understand primary functions, applications, markets, and key selling points of our productsExecute sales of extensions to existing clientsExecute 6-month and training follow-ups via email and/or phoneSchedule, organize and execute sales trips.Answer client questions about products and services offeredConduct comprehensive sales investigation phone calls.Evaluate client needs and prepare customized quotations.Be able to handle the full sales process from investigation to closing, if needed using technical and/or scientific resources.Attend conferences, collaborate with the Marketing department to assist in conference organizationDatabase entry (new leads into CRM, associating contacts with accounts)Conduct regular self-study on products, applications, client base, and marketsFirst follow-up for incoming leads (info requests, web, conferences, trial requests, etc.), and qualifying those leads.Travel up to 25-30%.Requirements:Must have a Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as biology, technical business administration, psychology, etc. or a bachelors degree and equivalent years of experience.Previous scientific sales experience strongly desired.Excellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong analytical skills and ability to synthesize customer needsProficiency in Microsoft Office operating system and analysis toolsInterest in our products and their applications, as well as the market in general New Posted Mar 30th Apply Today
